SRP Captive Risk Solutions ("SRPCRS") is a wholly owned subsidiary of Salt River Project Agricultural Improvement and Power District (the "District"). SRPCRS was established by the District to provide property insurance coverage for certain acts of terrorism, and to provide other coverage to the District when it can provide enhanced or more economical coverage than through the commercial insurance market.
SRP open meetings
